The cut of this shearling coat is inspired by the doublet, a Renaissance men's jacket. The straight silhouette can be adjusted by tightening the belt pulled through the side openings (either inside or outside). This creates a gathering and blousing that make the silhouette look fitted from the back. The coat is made of textured faux leather with faux shearling. It fastens with a row of snaps hidden behind the placket. A wide tab under the soft collar secures it upright to protect you from the elements. There are two pockets at waist level.
The coat can also be worn inside out. The fur-lined side retains its functionality: the outer pockets have an additional opening in the lining for hands.
