In developing collections for our Research runway line, we often draw inspiration from everyday objects. For example, a simple carabiner has been transformed into a mono earring without losing its essential functionality. The piece is complemented by a pair of keychains with colorful enamel inserts and an additional drop-shaped carabiner, allowing you to use it as intended — attach it to a bag or secure it to a belt loop.
The mono earring is crafted from neusilber — a copper, nickel, and zinc alloy. The name “neusilber” translates from German as “new silver,” and it truly lives up to its name: the alloy is almost indistinguishable from the precious metal in appearance. Moreover, it is stronger and more resistant to deformation. The surface of the piece is coated with a combination of silver and white rhodium, and the Ushatava fashion house name is engraved on one side.
